  • To reserve your car, fill in our form with your name, address, etc. .
  • Choose the payment method you prefer:
    • Personal Credit Card: on-line or phone payment calling our CorseWeb/Hertz service.
    • Check
    • Other payment methods: bank or postal wire, postal order
  • You will receive an email containing the contact information of our local representative, the details of your reservation, a reminder of the payment methods accepted and your access code, which enables you to track your reservation.
    
    
• Three Payment Methods Available
  • Internet - at least 48 hours before vehicle pick-up
    Pay by SSL secured payment directly on our bank's web site.
    You can also provide your personal bank card information by telephone with our local representative.  No information concerning your credit card will be saved on our web site.
  • By Check - at least 15 days before vehicle pick-up
    Just print your reservation request form and send it with your check.  It must reach us at least one week before vehicle pick-up.
    You will then receive a car hire voucher by post.
  • Other Payment Methods - at least 10 days before vehicle pick-up
    Your wire or order must reach us at least 48 hours before vehicle pick-up.
    
    

Then:

• Your access code enables you to track your reservation on the Internet.  So you always know what's happening with your reservation.
  If we do not receive payment within 15 days, your reservation will be cancelled.
  
• As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a car hire voucher by post, or you can pick it up at your pick-up location.
• We also have a Cancellation Policy: We are so confident that you won't find a better offer that we also offer a Cancellation Policy.  You cancellation must reach us - by fax or post - at least 72 hours before vehicle pick-up.  
• Our Reservation Service is at your disposal.

To pick up your vehicle, just go the agency with your voucher, your driver's licence and your personal credit card (for deposit purposes only - not for payment).
